Please fill out the registration form below. Funds will be charged to your credit card used for initial registration fees shortly after you submit this order. Orders are usually collected on the 15th of each swimming season month. Delivery is usually 1-2 weeks and longer for limited stock items.

Important: Make sure the sizing is correct below before you submit the order! Attend the Teamwear Try On at the start of the season and select times during the season (see web site for coming events). If you miss the event, contact your Teamwear rep via swott.teamwear@gmail.com.

RACING SUIT (mandatory for all Comp levels)
Note for 2015-2016: Speedo has discontinued the Aquablade suits. We have selected the following suits in replacement: - Male Power Plus jammer (all sizes, sz 22, 24, 26, 28, and above) - Three options for Female: (1) Power Plus Kneeskin (sz 24 [Youth 28], 26, 28, and above); (2) Power Plus Solid Crossback (sz 26, 28, and above); and (3) Endurance Superpro Back for our youngest swimmers (Youth sz 26, 28 equivalent to approx sz 22, 24)

IMPORTANT: Please take the time to calculate correctly including any extra personal name embroidery fees (e.g., $8 for jacket and hoodies). Errors will cause delays and your order will be delayed.

Note: If you need optional equipment except swim wear such as googles, theme caps, coloured practice suits, swim bags, pull buoys, and other swim equipment go to the Swim Ottawa Optional Equipment order form. You order will be sent to Tom (Anzai! Inc.) for a cash order (independent from age group club and our Equipment Coordinators).

Once purchased, make sure you clearly label your swim wear and equipment with permanent marker for identification and loss prevention.
